We cannot recommend Wade highly enough. If there was an 11 out of 10 score we would give it! We used Wade for a variety of projects - a new 6x6 carport, old garage conversion, new deck roof elevation - and all was completed on time, on budget and to the highest degree of workmanship.

Having used many builders over the years with varying degrees of success, we wanted to make sure that the projects we had planned were "done right". Too often, we have found builders move away from agreed plans but Wade communicated every step of every job well in advance and double/triple-checked whenever required to ensure the final result was exactly what WE wanted. And if we were in doubt about any aspect, he would go the extra yard to outline all the various options so that we could make an informed decision.

He is courteous, precise, well-organised, a great communicator, punctual...the list could go on - but, above all, he always delivers the end result we seek. The only seed of doubt I have in writing this reference is that he might get too booked up to fit in our next project!

After the frustrating experience of contacting many builders and receiving little or no advice, we were pleasantly surprised when we contacted Wade Crawford Builders.
At our initial meeting Wade listened to our proposed renovation ideas and offered information on the costs and practicality.

It is our pleasure to write this letter in recommendation of Wade Crawford Builders. We had the pleasure of working with Wade on the extension and renovation of post war house in Camp Hill. We can recommend Wade highly and without any reservation.

The construction on our property consisted of a large lounge room extension, addition of a deck, conversion of a current space into a bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite, roof replacement, new front stairs and other general maintenance to the property. As this was our first major renovation it was invaluable to have Wade guide us through the full process of drafting, council approvals and costings/quotes. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project and he managed his sub-contractors well. Wade kept us informed constantly through the build and always tried to accommodate us on any changes we made during the build.

Throughout the course of the renovation, Wade was professional and considerate of our family as we were still living in the property during the build. Our renovation was done with care and precision and Wade always kept our property extremely clean and organised both inside and out. We feel that Wade always upheld safe work practices above and beyond what was necessary especially as we were living on site with children.

We would have no reservations in recommending Wade Crawford Builders and will be having him return for future building works to our property.
